Love, love this place for grooming and boarding! My two chihuahuas come home so content and calm! I have called them at night and someone always answers and is friendly and kind! I also love the webcam where you can check on your pups day and night! They have beautiful spacious suites for any size pets furnished with couches or beds! I will definitely use Barkingham Palace on a regular basis and recommend it to anyone who needs to board their pets here in the desert! Thanks again Barkingham for taking such great care of Chip and Tink!

I have nothing but nice things to say about Barkingham Palace. The owner, Lori's knowledge of the special needs of the large breed such as my Great Dane KC was most important to me. The indoor play area, especially in the hot months was also very important as my Dane is not very comfortable with the heat as I must exercise him very early in the morning and late in the evening. I also give the staff five stars for their service.

This is the 2nd time that I left my dog at this place . The 1st was New Years Eve for 2 days. 2 weeks ago , I left her for 10 days as i was taking a vacation. When I picked het up she was happy as can be. The guys that helped me on that day, called her name and she went running to them wagging her tail. I feel that Barkingham Palace is the best place in the desert. The staff is friendly and the owner is always there whenever I have been there. 5 stars from me and my happy dog.

We can fully enjoy the time we spend in our vacation home because we found Barkingham Palace. When we golf or go to the movies our dog enjoys the day care and the people are great -- so nice and friendly. I love their flexibility. Anyway.... He's happy/we're happy.

Love this place! Our 3 dogs didn't want to come home after their 6-night stay in the Prince suite! Though pricey, we were able to watch our dogs on the webcam and could see they were well taken care of. They were happy dogs which helped relieve our guilt. When I left an after-hours voicemail the first night (first time jitters), I received a compassionate and prompt response directly from the owner the next morning. We will definitely use the hotel again when we travel, or do a day trip!

I have never boarded my dog before and was a bit frightened that he would miss me. I booked him into a royal suite so it was not quite as a kennel. I had told them at drop off that he loves to be held. Everytime I logged in to his webcam he was never their. When I went to pick him up it was almost like he didn't want to leave. To find out, if he was not back playing the front desk girl was holding him. He was spoiled rotten while he was there. If I ever need to board him again I think he would be thrilled to go back to camp.

What can I say about the crew at Barkingham Palace! Besides the AWESOME accommodations that are PERFECT, the flat screen TV'S so I can spy on my pooch, the playground that is nicer than any out door parks around and the attention to detail by the staff. Kiko our rescue came from a really bad place and was very shy. When he goes to The Palace, he practically does back flips with joy. He tells me how much they spoil him with love & attention. I also highly recommend the grooming and teeth cleaning services they offer.......MALICIOUS!!! This is his HOME away from home!

The best pet place in Southern California!! My dogs get excited when we are a 1/2 away. The interaction of the employyees with the dogs is amazing. They truly care and treat your pet likes it s thiers. Very impressed and highly recommend.
